Checked in late. The front desk clerk was so helpful and kind. Breakfast had a large variety to choose from. Rooms were spotless. The parking lot had excellent lighting. Welcoming atmosphere. The front desk person , Bridget, was friendly and helpful the room was clean and well appointed . Grateful there was a table and two chairs so when we ordered in we did not have to sit in the bed to eat dinner. It is pet friendly and plenty of place to walk the dog. it is right off route 95 for east on off access. The bed was comfortable. The furniture old style but I’m not purchasing the furniture. Reasonable price and the standard free breakfast
we showed up late night and the girl working was very nice and accommodating! the air conditioner was very old but worked much better than expected. only $12 for my kitty to stay, which was a godsend because of the short notice... beds were firm but we got a great night sleep. totally satisfied for the price!
This was a wonderful place to stay at The lady that checked me in at night time was great she was very friendly and made it easy to check in. It seems like they had just renovated the rooms because all of the rooms that my family stayed in all seemed like they were just remodeled. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in although they were kind of tall and it was hard for me to get into it was still very comfortable. Unfortunately the breakfast was minimal but that was fine because the cost that I paid for the hotel room it was well worth it. For the price I paid this is one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've been in. Highly recommend staying here if you're on a budget.
The rooms were ok. I found the bed was too high and hard to climb into. The building is showing it's age but the price was right and we slept fine.
Bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. Slept like a baby. Must be a Stearns and foster. I passed on the breakfast. Waffles. Not a syrup fan. They did smell good
I read some old reviews about this place that weren't very good, but I think it has been newly renovated and is now very impressive. This hotel has all the facilities you'd expect in a 3-star hotel, excellent service, and the rooms are very clean. The lighting is just perfect, and so far, it's better than any other Quality Inn I've stayed at.
Personnel and the room were very good. I gave them a five because of the extreme effort they are putting into renovating the rooms while trying to provide the best service. I did recommend to them that they needed to upgrade their Carpet Cleaning protocols and periodically cleaning the air conditioner coils. This hotel is a very good value
